Application Submission

Begin your application by filling out our digital scholarship form. This user-friendly form captures all necessary details and is the first step toward securing your opportunity.

Approval Workflow

Once your application is submitted:

  • Automated email requests are sent to your Dean, Head of Department (HOD), Faculty Member, and Parent/Guardian.
  • Each party can digitally review and approve the form without the need for printing or physical meetings.

Automated Screening

Our system automatically screens submitted applications based on predetermined eligibility criteria, such as academic scores and relevant documentation. This ensures a fair and timely evaluation of every candidate.

Committee Review

Applications that pass the screening stage are forwarded to the GSASP Selection Committee:

  • Review progress and decision-making stages are fully tracked on our platform.
  • Committee members can access and evaluate applications digitally, enhancing transparency and consistency.

     

Interview Scheduling

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews via our integrated calendar tool:

  • Select your preferred interview time from the available slots.
  • Receive automated email and calendar reminders to stay on track.

     

Final Offer & Notification

If selected, you will receive a formal offer via automated email, along with the next steps to confirm your scholarship and proceed with onboarding.
